SNR HR Advisor - Temporary

    About The Role:

    Our client is a global organisation who is a leading provider of on-site service solutions. They are currently supporting a wide range of industries within this field such as remote mining sites, corporations, aged care and defence bases. They believe that delivering high quality, daily life solutions help improve performance and development.

    Main duties will include but will not be limited to:

    • Ensure the Human Resource Policies and Procedures are implemented.
    • Investigation and management of employee grievances.
    • Conduction of disciplinary investigations and drafting of disciplinary documentation.
    • Assist in the development and negotiation of Industrial Instruments.
    • Development and implementation of retention initiatives.
    • Resolution of day to day HR and ER issues.
    • Represent the HR department at client presentations, onsite meetings and networking functions.

    Key Competencies:

    • Remote Site exposure advantageous.
    • Sound knowledge of HR practices, legislation and employment law.
    • Experience in dealing and working with unions.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of OHS and workers compensation legislation.
    • Strong computer literacy.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Customer focused.
